Daily missions are small, everyday goals that earn you rewards and help you along in GangCity. Every day you automatically get a new set of missions. As you complete more of them, you build up a career that unlocks extra options and heavier jobs. This guide explains exactly how it works.
Every player gets three missions each day (more with certain buffs). They range from "commit a number of successful crimes" to "earn an amount through an activity" or "steal a certain type of vehicle." Your progress ticks up automatically as you play: no separate button is needed. Once you complete a mission, you claim the reward on the missions page.
If you do not like a mission, you can reroll it for a different one at a small cost. How many rerolls you have per day depends on your career rank. At the highest ranks you can even reroll targeted: you choose which type of activity you get back.
Every completed mission counts toward your career. The more missions you complete in total, the higher your rank. A higher rank is not about more money, but about more choice and access:
Besides the regular "do X times Y" missions, you will run into special types along the way:
From the rank of Steady Hand you unlock contracts: opt-in jobs from your city contacts. You choose them yourself and can take on at most one per day. A contract earns you money and trust with the contact who offered it, advancing your storyline with the city contacts. Contracts are somewhat tougher than regular daily missions and focused on that contact's theme.
