The biggest scores aren't pulled off alone. GangCity has three coordinated heists where you team up with other players, each with its own team size and roles. If a single participant fails their role, the whole job is at risk — cooperation and preparation are crucial. If you're in a family, the proceeds can flow into the shared family vault.
Route 66 (2 players)
The most accessible joint heist. A player opens a heist as host (for example on a transport) and sets up a lobby that stays visible in the city for a while. A second player joins with a car or motorcycle from their warehouse as the stake, and the heist begins. A more valuable vehicle raises the success chance. On success it returns undamaged; on failure it returns with 10% extra damage.
Organised Crime (4 players)
Available from a mid rank. The leader opens the lobby; three other players each fill a specialized role:
- Weapons expert — supplies weapons and bullets.
- Demolitions man — supplies explosives.
- Driver — stakes a car or helicopter (value, damage and vehicle type affect the success chance).
All roles need to be filled before the heist can be carried out. Once the OC is executed, the Driver's vehicle returns with 5% extra damage on success and 15% on failure. Before execution it is returned when leaving or cancelling; the Phantom remains untouchable.
Daily Mega Heist (2–4 players)
From Associate, you can join the daily operation for your city's fixed target. The organizer chooses a crew of two, three or four players in advance. When opening or joining, every participant immediately pays their own share of the preparation and can supply required equipment. One player voluntarily claims the Driver role and supplies an eligible vehicle. A crew can supply at most one vault blueprint; bullets are an optional fallback. The other duties are assigned automatically across the complete crew.
There is no ready button and there are no voting rounds. As soon as the last valid participant joins, the operation starts and completes automatically along the route supported by the intelligence. Only the named complication has at most a 5% chance. Without the matching optional fallback, that complication costs the perfect bonus, but it can never make a logically correct route fail.
The dossier shows the required preparation and your fixed personal cash reward in advance; it depends on the city and your rank group and is locked in at the start. If the organizer cancels or someone leaves before the crew is complete, reserved contributions are returned. The personal stake and consumed equipment are settled during automatic execution. The staked vehicle returns with 20 extra damage points on failure or expiry; on success it receives 0 points for a perfect operation, otherwise 10 points.
Cooperation pays off
For Route 66 and Organised Crime, good gear improves the success chance. In a Mega Heist, cooperation means completing the crew and securing the right preparation before the final player joins. Build a network of reliable allies to run these jobs with.
